I have lived at the Brickyard for a year now and LOVE it. We originally moved into a 2bd 2 bath on the lake but when a town home came available we switched units. Management made it very easy to switch within the complex and gave us a generous amount of time to do so.

I lived in a house for most of my life, so moving to an apartment was overwhelming, but the office staff made my moving experience so wonderful. The maintenance team are super! They were quick to address any request that I’ve had and are so friendly. The apartment is spacious, and I really enjoy sitting on my patio each morning. I’ve also met some very friendly neighbors. I truly feel at home here and am glad that I made the decision to move here.

I moved into Brickyard as a sophomore in college in 2020. It has truly been an amazing experience, filled with countless good memories. I lived with my best friends for many years, along with other roommates. I was the first to move in and the last to move out. Our apartment, being one of the last ones in the complex, had an incredible view of the pond, which my boyfriend loved, especially for the geese. Today, I returned my keys and moved out, and I couldn't help but bawl. Thank you, Brickyard,

The entire staff was extremely helpful and kind. My townhouse is completely remodeled and so nice! My neighbors were gracious during move in day and kindly moved their cars to allow the Uhaul in. The grounds are clean and well maintained. I’m ready to enjoy the pool and amenities!

My partner and I had lived there a little over a year and truly enjoyed it. Our home was spacious and updated. Every neighbor we ever had there is very kind and friendly. The office staff is wonderful they were so kind and are willing to help whenever possible. We found a house and have since moved but if you’re looking for a beautiful apartment home in Evansville, you need to check out the Brickyard!
